Can I cancel my order?
In terms set out by the Consumer Protection Bureau, you have the right to cancel your order or receive a refund or exchange within 15 working days after the delivery date.

What makes Estelle Renee different?
We’re a small independent American company with a strong set of values and ethics; beckoning a world of balance and harmony. We offer a natural and holistic approach to health that doesn't align with commercial interests. We carefully select fine oils and salts derived from its purest and most natural state, then fill with flowers and herbs, and deliver them to you in a modern and accessible way. That means no crazy pricing, no superfluous packaging and no complex or dense conjecture. We know you don’t have time for all of that. But we also know that you love bath & body oils and bath salts and want to understand it better.
ABOUT OUR INGREDIENTS
Our bath & body oils are direct sunlight infused with sunflower oil as the carrier oil. To enhance the scent of botanicals we use all natural essential oils.
What is herbal and botanical infused?
By nature, an herbal infused product has been 'infused' with the goodness of a herb or a flower. By letting our herbs and flowers infuse for a certain period of time, typically 6 weeks, we are able to extract many of the powerful and healing properties of the plant into a usable form. Herbal infusion needn’t be soft and romantic, we believe herbs and flowers can be healing, exotic, and powerful, too.
How should I apply my oil?
Sure, there are some tricks to making your oil last – make sure your skin is well hydrated for one - but honestly, the way you apply your oil or use your bath salts and scrubs is as unique to you as the way you apply your lipstick. And we like it that way.
How long will the oil bottle last?
This depends on usage and skin types. Store it at room temperature. Due to the natural ingredients, the color of the oil or salt may change over time – that’s totally normal, herbal and floral properties get better with time.
How will I know which scent suits me?
Well, this is all part of the fun. At Estelle Renee we believe suitability in scents is sort of irrelevant: it’s more about what you like than what suits you. Plus, we’re all for the ever-changing impulses of self-expression. One day you may be more of a Geranium Rose kind of girl, while the next day, you may be all about relaxing in Chamomile and Yarrow.
